A. Check all pertinant information pertaining to the company your contracting. Check licensing and insurance, bonding, local listings or citations with reviews eg. yelp, yahoo local, google places etc. etc. Check with your local BBB for any complaints or leins against a company for unsatisfactory workmanship on previous contracts. Ask for a free in-home consultation to meet face to face with their representative to get a feel for them, these people will be in your home working throughout the entire contract.
A. I would wish I knew the entire process of the contracted repairs or installations being performed.
Our process is as follows:
- In-Home conslutation is usually followed by a bid/proposal package.
- After bid acceptance a follow up consult to review a list of steps/materials needed to be ordered or taken.
- Contract Start up, design, demo, install and finish.
- Follow up Conslutation, go over care instructions and address any problems, questions or concerns.
Our work is guaranteed 5 years for workmanship, materials hold their own manufacturer warranties which will be addressed upon completion.
