- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients usually ask me to help them with filling their lacks in grammar or vocabulary. Once I provided my clients with the material needed (i.e. grammar theory and exercises, vocabulary,...) we work on making sure they have a perfect basic knowledge. A solid base is what everybody need to build on a foreign language
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Learning a foreign language is nothing easy, it takes a lot of determination, courage and work. That is why I would advice to any new customer to establish a list of questions (s)he has and what it is (s)he is looking out of a tutoring program. I want to emphasize that the key to great result is consistency for the long haul.
