FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

From my earliest memories growing up in NY, my mother would always send me to watch the super (building superintendent) who was repairing something in our apartment. She wanted me to witness a technician troubleshooting and resolving issues. This probably led me to my junior high school experience of registering for wood shop (made a fabulous dog house) and metal shop. Subsequently, in high school, I took up construction drafting, then pursued architecture for two (2) years, followed studying and passing both my General Contractor & Structural Building Inspector's exam, the first time, and then finishing up this discipline with my BS in Construction Management.
