Everglade Maids was simply amazing. We were visiting the wifes sister down in Miami. Was our entire family, including the dog. You know, a nice 4 day vacation! Needless to say, we left the place a little messy. After talking with the wife we decided to hire a cleaning company to come out and clean the place. I spoke to Albert, he was very professional and polite. In under a minute he had my cleaning booked and paid for. The next day Everglade Maids came out and cleaned the home. WOW. They did such a good job. I can't imagine having done all that myself. Did I mention they didn't throw a fit that we had a dog? Nope! I have nothing but good things to say about Everglade Maids. My aunt and uncle live in Florida and needed a cleaning company. I did a search online and helped them find Everglade. The service was awesome, the cleaners showed up on time, even a bit early, and expectations were exceeded!

I used Everglade Maids Home cleaning for the first time yesterday. I liked how I was able to schedule a last minute cleaning for a move in the night before. However, I scheduled an 8am cleaning and they showed up at 11:30am. No notice or phone call on their part to reach me. I spoke to the owner and he reported the first cleaner got into a car accident and they had to send another cleaner out. I understand that life happens but they really should have called me first to let me know so I could advise the tenant and I should'nt have to be calling them wondering where they are 3.5 hours later than scheduled. Tenant then reported a mediocre cleaning job done, not sure if I will use the service again.

In regards to the cleaner's late arrival, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. The cleaner in the accident was a little shaken up, and in her disheveled state forgot to send us a notification. As you said, "life happens", but we should have been able to address the situation much sooner. In regards to the cleaning itself, I'm disappointed to hear that the finished job was rated mediocre. We aim for 5 star service every time. We will address this with the cleaner immediately to ensure, that should we be lucky enough to provide you a future service, the completed cleaning is a cut above the rest. Our pricing system is very simple. We have flat rate pricing for residential cleaning jobs and offer quotes for commercial cleaning work. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly looking to stay on top of the game by researching new cleaning techniques and products. We also look for better ways to provide customer service that really separates us from other cleaning companies. This has worked very well for us and our clients!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Freedom in owning my own business and working alongside some of the most professional and hardest workers I have ever met. Pair that with excellent clients and it's been a truly a great experience since day one!
