I really didn't know what to expect, I had only half imagined pieces to go on about life coaching and all this intimacy stuff. Immediately upon hearing Kat's voice over the phone during our initial consultation, however, I felt safe and assured that I was going to be working with someone gifted. Kat is unlike anyone I have ever met, truly. She has a certain presence and way with words that made me feel supported, understood, seen and heard in ways that my therapist of 3 years had not.
