Introduction: We specialize in belly dance (Egyptian, Turkish and Lebanese style) and other Middle Eastern dances (Persian, Turkish, Khaleeghi and Moroccan -- just to name a few) as well as Bollywood and Indian dances. We offer classes in all levels as well as beautiful and talented professional performers for cultural and social events. The Art of Bellydance studio offers classes and workshops in all levels with the purpose to educate inspire and diffuse this ancient art dance form in an inviting and fun environment. Our teachers are some of the most professional, talented and sought after in South Florida. The techniques used ensure that each student learns the right technique, proper safe posture and most importantly we strive in keeping the authenticity of the dance. Our students find a learning balance that is apt for aspiring professional belly dancers as well as those seeking the dance as a hobby or as a well-being program. For our dance floor, we have an ample 1000 sq. ft. of dance area. For our dancers safety and comfort, our wooden dance floor is "sprung" in order to serve as a "shock" absorber for every movement. We also offer rehearsal space rental. Our sound system comprises of a state-of-the-art sound board mixer and JBL professional speakers that allows for the full enjoyment of the music! With our boutique, the techniques and philosophies applied in our studio come from a long legacy of over 20 years! Tracing back to the legendary "Mid-Eastern dance exchange" and the renowned "Bozenka's Bellydance Academy." We pride ourselves for being the home-based studio of their once founders, Tamalyn Dallal and Bozenka.
