I started off with using the weekly service as I work long hours and live alone I felt my dog needed some extra attention. Immediately Romeo and I both felt very comfortable with Alli, our Golden Hydrant girl. She has a warm personality and instilled trust and confidence in me that it was a good match. On a follow up visit I saw how excited Romeo was to see her and knew I made the right choice. So when my next trip came up I decided to go with the platinum package rather than boarding. My dog is 13 years old and im always nervous to leave him. But that was a great decision! She sent me pictures daily and was always quick to respond to my phone calls or texts throughout the trip. When I came home I could tell my dog was relaxed, comfortable in his own home, and everything was in perfect order! This was the first time I had left town and not boarded him- but I wish I had done this before! Now she continues to come over weekly for the walks, on the chance that im home to see her I see how much she's bonded with my dog and how happy he is to have the extra attention. Im really glad I made the choice to go with Golden Hydrant's services.
