Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common type of jobs we perform for our clients has been beach weddings and receptions.pFor the last 15 years, Infinity Weddings and Events of Miami Beach, has been planning and designing beach weddings.
As we are located on the beach we have a very good sense of our fabulous beaches and which are right for the couples.
Another common type of job we do is gather from our extensive list- quality vendors for each element of their event.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Advice- Please ask, do not be shy. You are not a bother.
We want to make sure that all your concerns and wishes are met.
Make sure you have a realistic budget in mind. It is super important; as in my years bridezillas only come out when the money starts to run out.
If you can only afford to buy a wedding cake for 100 guests for $300.00- then you have to hunt and see who can do it at the budget and still have quality. It is out there but you have to do due diligence. BUT that is why we are here!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That there is alot of hard work put into making your day unique and special. And although some TV programs and movies make it look all glamorous, there is hard work and negotiations going on behind the scenes.
You have to be someone who caterers to the bride; if you have to hold her dress up while she tinkles, then so be it.
A secret- EVERY vendor negoitates their price- yes even the famous ones- you just have to know how to do it and when.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out because each wedding is unique and we attempt to capture the essence of the bride and groom.
We pay attention to details and make sure that they are met.
Most importantly we listen, we don't just hear you. Sometimes it can be the smallest thing that we need in order to ensure that your wedding is a reality of elegance, chicness and style.
We have been in business long enough to know that on this day, details matter; it sets your wedding day apart from everyone else. If the bride is quirky and the groom fun loving, then we try and meld the two into an elegant affair that reflects them.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It is not a like, but a LOVE, of what we do. We have a catering soul and our genuine goal is to ensure that you are as stress free as possible and happy with your dream wedding.
No job is too big or too small. We are in love with the fact that you are in love and want to spend the rest of your lives together.
We enjoy finding you the best deals and getting more bang for your buck. We love the bling factor and the romance of it all. We enjoy the planning and negotiating for you and best of creating and designing your vision and it all coming together.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. It takes years to get the connections, the knowledge and quick thinking in this business in order to make sure that the client has a fabulous events.
We also cannot revamp your wedding free. Wish we could.
While it is elegant and fabulous, it takes constant work to make it look effortless and easy.
We have to get down to business in order to ensure our bride is fabulous and remains that way.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Most recent wedding was one of our platinum weddings.
75 guests, couture gown, and an absolutely fabulous bride.
Budget= $90,000.00
Planning= 1 year.
We had over 10 vendors; from florists, decor specialist, band, DJ, linen specialist, bakers, favors, photography and videography.

The gorgeous bride, the handsome groom, the fun loving parents, the unique VIP chairs from Bubble of Miami, to the artistic videography from Artistic Film production, all the way to rhythm, non stop dancing mussy from Liquid DJs, made the evening an elegant affair to remember.
