  • First and foremost, PCS exceeded our expectations by making sure of the important points regarding our wedding had been addressed and helping us to plan everything in a timely manner so we were able to actually enjoy the process. I really can't thank them enough since my fiance was overseas and I was left to plan most of the details. For a man, that can be very stressful but the PCS Events staff came through with everything from catering to flowers, the ceremony, lighting, the limo, even our hotel.     I am SO very pleased with my wedding. I can't wait to see the pictures. Barbara and the PCS Events staff created a wedding that I had only dreamed of. I was worried about hiring a caterer/event planner since I live so far away, but I am so glad that I chose them. I came down for a couple days. After visiting the site and sitting with me to listen to my ideas, Barbara put it all together. She knew how important food was to us. Can I just tell you that they have an amazing menu. The food was delicious! Several of my guests raved about the food . They completely exceeded my expectations. The combination of uplighting with the flowers and candles made the night an absolute dream. Our cake was beautiful. They have lots of yummy flavors. We had a fabulous dessert station too. There was a server assigned just for us. The waitstaff was polite and very professional. Barbara works right along with her staff. She's amazing. She decorates, runs the ceremony, cooks and watches over the staff. I never even got nervous. I had Barbara! I heard more than once over the past few days that it was the most beautiful wedding that many of my guests had ever attended. Trust me and look no further than PCS.

    My class used PCS events for our graduation party this past Friday and it turned out amazing! From the first meeting to the tasting to the actual event everything was perfect! Since it was a class event we were on a budget and Barbara was able to work with us and rearrange a few things so our budget would work out for the type of event we had in mind. We gave Barbara all of our ideas and when we arrived to the event after our grad ceremony we were shocked. Everything was perfectly how we imagined it! Barbara and her staff were very friendly and cooperative to all of our needs and I could not have asked for a better turn out! I will most definitely be using PCS events again in the future.

    It was my husbands 40th birthday and I wanted to do something really special. What a great party! The staff was very professional, the food was fantastic and the cake was delicious! It was by far the easiest party I have ever thrown and definitely the most worry free! We had so much fun. Thanks as well for the surprise lighting! It looked amazing! I am so happy. I highly recommend PCS Events. Thanks again!!!

    Our experience with PCS Events and Productions left my family and friends "AMAZED"!

    Their personalized service, attention to details, gourmet quality food, decorations
    and food presentation exceeded our expectations!



    Barbara's meticulous attention to details and her sincerity gave us the peace of
    mind that "our event" would be "perfect and exactly what we visualized". For the
    first time ever we were actually able to "enjoy" our own party! I loved getting up
    the next morning and finding my home impeccably clean. And the best part ... I
    didn't have to "mortgage" my house "to pay for it!

    Every step of the way Barbara willingly worked with our "budget" and gave us
    practical suggestions that "stretched" our "party $$$" .

    I rate PCS a "10" out of "5" stars... they go way beyond your expectations!
