Requested a Dj to fill in for a one night gig at a ice skating rink will all necessary equipment provided i.e Turntables, Rane 62 Mixer, Speakers, Adapters to hook up to video, he agreed and said he would do it and i had to wait 1 day to get the ok from the manager to say it would be ok to bring in another dj to fill in, called him back within 1 day and he turns completely rude telling me i should find a HS DJ or an ipod to replace me that the $150 for 2.5 hours wasnt enough and began lecturing me that i need lessons and he could give me classes so i dont disrespect him (not sure if that was a threat) and continues to tell me hes no daycare skate dj that hes a "club dj" All he had to do is say no im not interested anymore but to take this to this level and insult me when im just trying to find a dj is very rude and unprofessional. If i didnt know how to dj i would have a steady friday night gig. I hope that anyone can see this and realize this guy cant be trusted and may flake out and lie to you or not show up glad i have more time to look still.
