Contacted Frank after I was let down by another concrete company, he not only took on the job quickly and promptly but also completed it to a very good standard. So much so that I went with him to install a PVC fence that was just completed, which was done promptly, professionally and also within a good timeframe with constant communication on the weather and other factors.
