Mr Ruz was very courteous. He provided an estimate with a one(1) month guarantee. I explained that the house was built in 1950 but the roof had been 75% replaced with barrel tiles. He insisted that if he fixed the leak, he is not responsible if another leak crops up. I only wanted guarantee for his work. The rest of the roof was not leaking. Who is going to pay close to $1000 for one month?? Very unreasonable!!
