Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Business Cards, Flyers, Banners, Brochures, HTML Websites, Flash Animated Websites, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and countless other services.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My main advice is that you get what you pay for, there is always the $100 website option that is listed on craigslist, but the quality of that work will never match what DBL Media can offer.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. It is important to value your work and not be pushed over. Also, patience is a very important factor in running a successful business, since some customers may not be easy to work with. Always handle everything professionally and maturely and you will definitely have the last laugh, business-wise. Online advertising is also a very good way to advertise your business and get noticed.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Well depending on what service they require, they would need to provide different information.
-Example: if they want us to print them flyers, we need to know if they have the logo, design, information, photos, etc. required for this. Also, we would need to know what size, if you want printing on 1 or both sides of the flyer and similar factors. If they do not have things such as logos or designs provided, we can gladly create an image for your company at very low costs.
-Example: If they want us to create a website for them, we need the text provided, the logos, how many pages the site will have, if you would like us to optimize it for search engine compatibility and similar factors as well. We will basically take care of the whole design and coding aspect of the site.
Our type of business varies depending of the needs of our clients, so we ask customers to provide information according to the product they require.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We stand out from others because we have the best quality for the price available. We also have a wide selection of products designed to improve business and clientele. We deliver quickly and meet every consumer's demands.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is the fact that I am able to use my creativity and innovation to help others have a great image for their company. We strive to deliver the best products, whether its a small business or a nationwide company.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What does DBL Media stand for? Well it's a long story... You'll have to visit our office and speak to us personally to find out ;)

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I don't have a particular memory to write about but its always enjoyable to work when you do something you enjoy. I am in business with 3 great partners and we always have a very productive and enjoyable experience working together. There is never a dull moment and we always get the job done.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish my customers knew all the hard work we put into their products. We always strive for perfection and customer satisfaction, so any changes that customers desire, we will immediately edit to meet their needs. I also wish that they knew were we started from, and how much we've grown thanks to our quality, delivery, and prices.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I decided to get into this line of work thanks to my passion for creativity and design. I have always been intrigued and inspired by art and similar subjects, so this seemed like a very fitting job for me to enjoy and at the same time put my full effort into.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Too many to list, but you should see our gallery to check them out for yourself!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, in our line of work software is always being updated and new techniques are always being implemented. To keep up with this, we always use the latest software and train to become fluent in using the latest technology to bring you the best results.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. We are always striving to grow and hopefully in the upcoming years we will have more staff at a larger location to spread our creativity worldwide.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. well Our latest Project was a very edgy and high tech website which sell different kinds of products only, the site had alot of integrated apps, for signing in, mobile site, E-campaing, and much more. the site took about a whole 2 months to complete and the budget for the site was an estimated $7k. Our client was very happy with the job! well be showing the site when it launched in mid-January.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. We mostly do custom quotes because our prices vary depending on size, design, and many other factors. Don't worry though because you can e-mail us 24/7 or call us during business hours to get in touch with us.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Always use the latest software, treat your clients right, and have a quick turn-around times.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. How many years and effort was put into the original project that turned out to be DBL MEDIA, and officially Welcomed the STUDIO™ in 2010?

Whoa!, Well it pretty much started back in 2005 when we started polishing our past acquired skills to turn in into professional artwork. Just as our creativity and skills grew, so did our business which went from freelancing services all the way to an official business in 2008. Ever since then, we've been constantly working on our skills, expanding, doing bigger projects, visiting events related to media, traveling and working non-stop to be able to provide freshly squeezed ideas right to our clientele. It's Just as simple as that, the more effort we put into it, the more we get in return. Customer satisfaction is the main key, therefore we pursue it.
