- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard price list. Each project is unique. The fee depends on complexity and actual time spent. However, I am happy to give a quote, after the project has been discussed in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Larger or ongoing projects: I like to meet the client at least once for a free consultation. Small projects can be discussed over the phone and per email. A good understanding of what the client wants will ensure good results. GOOD DESIGN is a PROCESS! Small projects: I create various designs to present. Based on the feed back, revisions are made till completion. Large projects: (which might include concept development, or extensive page designs, for example brochures, books etc.) I present my concept in only 2 or 3 pages, and based on the client's feedback, we'll move forward. I'll send regular updates on completed work including how much time was involved.

2 Design Degrees from Fashion Institute of Technoloy (FIT), New York, NY Associate Degree: Point of Purchase & Display Design Bachelor Degree: Packaging Design over 10 years of working experience as a graphic designer with extensive knowledge in print design and production requirements inc: Photography, Photo Manipulation, Digital Art etc.
