Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Web site work typically involves new designs and redesigns of existing and outdated sites. Printing typically involves stationery, flyers, brochures, newsletters and books.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. A good rapport is always important. Meet with your designer first and see if you share the same understanding about the project so you can work well together and keep to schedule.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have the ability to grasp the client's needs and their place in the market and translate that into a graphic vision and a successful project.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy helping people realize their goals. I think it's amazing that I get to use my creativity on a regular basis and love the technological possibilities made available through the computer. Web design standards and best practices are changing so much every day. I like the constant learning and keeping my skills sharp.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. A lot of our clients' questions concern what is technologically possible in web site design. With regards to printing the client asks about different paper and printing options. Of course, cost and schedule are always discussed!
