Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. The first advice we give is to look at our competitors' work and compare, then look at the prices they give and then check the quality of our work and our prices!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would like to know how much research the company does when they take on a project. Graphic design is basically the visual language we use to convey a message, the target audience may or maybe not "speak" the same visual language as the company...I would want to know how much they learn about the target audience before starting to design.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. First thing should be taking a look at the portfolio, after that I would ask what their protocol is when they take on a job, the research they do and the way they come up with whatever concepts they end up using.
