We had an appt scheduled for 11am , on Sun. At 11:23am I reached out to see if they were running late, since I did not receive a call , text or email. They told me "OMG so sorry, I forgot , I dropped the ball, I'll be there in 15min, I was at another appt" ...30 min later still no show, I sent them a text saying I needed to leave because I had an appt and needed to keep my schedule, 30 sec later they then called to say they were outside , I explained that I needed to leave since I had an appt and that we would have to reschedule for another time. Needless to say no effort was made on their part to reschedule. It always amazes me how so many of these "pros" in Miami cant even show up and expect to have a successful business when we have these handy gadgets called mobile phones now with calendars, reminders etc.
