- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is based on fair market pricing, along with discounts for clients that receive multiple services from us on a single invoice/bill with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers consists of first doing a FREE quote for the client and also performing a FREE 10 point maintenance checklist. From then on we inform the client how much we believe the job/task will cost. Once hired depending on the size of the project we collect a down payment which covers the materials needed for the job and a portion of the labor. Once we are about to start the final phase of the project, we then collect the remaining portion of funds due. Once collected we finish the last phase of the project, and collect a review based on the level and quality of our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and Insured Handyman & Contractors. Our Founder & CEO Mr. Anthony Williams has been in the Property Maintenance & construction industry for over 5+ years.
