- One-on-one nutrition and health coaching program - Are you simply tired of not reaching your life goals? Always trying new diets and new programs that never work? I can help you be the person you want to be for the rest of your life!
During the first consultation, we will review your health history and define the areas of your health and life you wish to change.
Every two weeks, we will meet for 50 mins. to review the prior-week accomplishments and struggles. Based on this review, we will create new goals to focus on for the next two weeks. This program lasts for 6 months.
This program is designed to create long-term lifestyle changes and provides you with resources to continue your journey on your own once we have completed the program. First consultation is free.
