- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is flexible and includes different models that apply depending on the job nature (turn-key project, labor only, equipment only, custom jobs, etc..). Promotions, deals, discounts, and other competitive incentives are a permanent part of our offer. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and smooth, most of the time ruled by the following steps: - After the first approach with the customer, an onsite meeting is suggested to learn more details about the requirements - Once the list of requirements is gathered, our team designs the system and builds the proposal to submit to the customer in the shortest possible time - Any required revision is performed to meet the customer budget and expectations - Customer approval - Schedule the installation date in full coordination with the customer - Once the installation is completed, the training session is provided together with any documentation to support future service and support (drawings, manuals, etc.) - After a job completion is always suggested the subscription to one of our service plans

Our team is built with professionals holding the most important industry certifications: - CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) - OSHA - Leading manufacturer certifications: Crestron, Lutron, and many others in the residential and commercial range Our installations and service are driven by industry standards, best practices, and attention to detail.
