I am highly impressed with Steven and DSR Improvements LLC. Their prompt response, exceptional communication throughout the entire process, and professionalism were truly remarkable. Not only did they efficiently handle the original task, but they also went above and beyond to assist with additional matters that were not initially part of the scope. Steven's integrity was evident as he did not overcharge me and even provided a complimentary service. Without a doubt, I will be utilizing their services again in the future.

I needed some lights installed, light switches updated to rocker switches and older oval outlets replaced with the square ones. Danny and Marc worked well together and were very professional. Danny explained everything he was doing and gave some tips on what to use and what not to use. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Marc was able to find a light that I had been looking for everywhere for replacement. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to working with them again soon!
