Terrible! They cancelled an hour before they were supposed to be there and when she offered to see of someone else could go, she never even called me back!

Unfortunately we were not able to make it to that service call on August 25, 2012 it was for $60.00 and we had scheduled on the same day of calling. We provided excellent customer service and unfortunately we had jobs opened and we could not make it. We called back to reschedule and she did not want to reschedule for next day, we offered if we could find someone but everything was done at the last minute. We have worked and provided our services with Thumbtack customers and they all have been grateful for our services.
