- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of jobs are for special events, such as sweet sixteen parties, bridal, special occassions, makeup lessons, private parties, and one on one beauty consultations along with various charity events. I have also done several fashion shows, large and small scale. It is a rewarding job making clients feel good about themselves with the use of color (makeup).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise someone to make sure that the provider they are interested in hiring is someone that actively listens to what the customer needs and wants are. It is important for a makeup artist to listen to clients in order to project what they want into the finished project/service. Also, make sure to ask questions in reference to previous work done by the artist and what their prices are.
