Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure to screen all potential tutors for either yourself or your child based on experience, education, and perhaps most importantly personality! This is the essential, as developing a good relationship with ones tutor is very important to the learning process. Ideally it should be someone which, enjoys teaching and has a good pedagogical method.
A great tutor must be able to adapt and adjust their methods to the pupil in question!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We seek to guide our pupils' understanding of the material starting from the basics and moving forward, so that memorization or forced learning of unclear methodologies is not required. The mathematics being taught, will be presented in a clear fashion with no assumption of the pupil having any prior knowledge of the topic. In order to teach we must remember how to learn, and so we at Foundation Education put ourselves in our students shoes, so as to present material in the way it will be best understood. All it takes for our students to see the difference is to experience our methods for themselves.
