- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible about tutoring prices. We can discuss discounts. I don't charge any fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first tutoring session, I want to make a positive first impression. I will start off by introducing myself. I will tell the student about my background and explain why I love teaching Mathematics. I will find out as much as I can about the student and their problem before the first lesson, confirm the subject and topics he/she needs help with, the level, and syllabus, all relevant course materials that the student needs to bring. Then, I will prepare a study plan.

Continuing professional development is very important for a teacher because it ensures that you maintain and enhance the knowledge and skills you need to deliver a professional service to your students, your knowledge stay relevant and up to date, become more effective, helps you to stay interested and interesting, opens you up to new possibilities, new knowledge, new technology, and new skill areas.
