  Thug business practices. NONE of the questions I asked prior to the move were answered acurately. The number of movers and rates were different than agreed on the phone. They said they accepted credit cards, but did not mention a 5% surcharge if you didn't use cash. There were also additonal costs not disclosed. When I obected to the costes, the on-site foreman threatened to hold my funriture hostage. Management was completely non-reponsive and even avoided my calls when they knew there was a problem.
  
  It is too bad the business practices of the owner are so poor. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There are other reputable local movers in Miami.
