As a former banker with more than 25 years experience in the mortgage lending field, I am knowledgeable with 1st and 2nd mortgage loan documentation, as well as home equity lines of credit.
In addition, I am bilingual and fluent both in English and Spanish; therefore, I am able to explain the documentation in both languages. I carry E&O insurance in the amount of $100,000.00.
I cover the Miami-Dade County area and have, on occasions, also traveled to Broward and Monroe counties. My payment schedule varies, so I would prefer to discuss this with you.
