- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was very blessed to have great success with vacation rentals & quick sales of my investments. I wanted to assist others in creating the greatest potential from their investments in both personal & professional & I "enjoy" creating the environments to make this happen. I believe each location has its own personality & structuring....I love discovering each one. It is like a new adventure for me. I also have a network of talents that I had interest in connecting with these endeavors.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily do redesign of vacant homes, vacation rentals & yachts. We also take pride in staging special events: Corporate, Wedding, Anniversary, and special Social occasions. We love the value in the client's eyes after our transformations. It can be as personal as their new home to the value of the return of the investment.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
This is not an easy profession....while it looks incredibly fun & rewarding (& it is...). It does not come easily. The "Staging" work often involves much time and "grime"...& even the events, while they look seamless...can sometimes be full of internal tensions such as a future son-n-law that is indignant that the mother-n-law needs the R.S.V.P.s to give the final count. Much of it is behind the scenes - no matter if it is staging your home & making the sofa fit through your front door, or the social event... "We are here to make it a success for you"! :)
