Introduction: My Only BootCamp is proud to be offering personal training lessons by hour and half-hour sessions. For groups or business of five or more people, we are offering boot camp courses three times a week, for one hour. Personal training sessions are tailored to our client's specific needs and goals. We have the experience needed to train everyone, from the lowest fitness level to well-seasoned and conditioned athletes. Many of our current clients have reported significant changes in their health and quality of life. Enough so, they have been medically cleared of their blood pressure or diabetes medication. On the other spectrum, we have also trained triathletes and marathon runners who have made significant improvements to their performances and/or techniques, allowing them to beat their personal best times. Whether you are looking to get ready for bikini season, make a drastic change in your quality of life or realize your dreams of competing in a triathlon, My Only BootCamp gets it done!
