Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. I have helped many weight loss clients clean up their diets and re-train their brain when it comes to food/emotional eating habits. Several of them have not exercised in years, so I specialize in developing custom programs that will suit their lifestyle.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You must be mentally prepared and focused when you begin a fitness regimen. I can teach you proper training form and help you create new habits that you can keep for life, but you must be ready for the journey. Showing up with a positive attitude is half the battle, I can help motivate you and educate you on making the right decisions and by helping you become more disciplined. Working out with me is the "fun" part and diet is a BIG part of your success, but together we can help you through your weak moments and fine-tune your regimen so that you are set up for success on a daily basis! :)
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am a weight loss success story (40 pounds and 5 dress sizes) therefore I know what it is like to be on both sides of the fence- I am passionate about everything related to fitness and am an international fitness journalist and contributing writer that has been featured in several health and fitness magazines including Physique Magazine, Kettlebell Magazine, Sport Nutrition Insider, Longevity Magazine, Natural Muscle Magazine and several others. My training method is a combination of compassion and tough love- my clients will tell you that training with me is challenging, yet fun and motivational! ;)

Fitness really does change your life for the better- it is a journey that requires a lot of patience and persistence and it is a joy to see my clients break away from their bad habits and trade them in for healthy ones that will impact their lives forever!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have a degree is in Mass Communications and for years I worked corporate jobs in the Media, PR and Marketing industry therefore I understand the struggles that people face trying to balance work, family life and their fitness. I battled with my weight for a few years but I discovered health and fitness and over time I got myself into excellent shape. I decided to compete in some fitness competitions and soon my passion for fitness blossomed into a career.I realized that I needed to do something that I truly loved for a living and that includes motivating others to live the best life possible.
