Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Call a Plumber that has good references. Aslo use a plumber that your friends, co-workers or family members have used. Look at the companies website, testimonials, etc.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Do not call a plumber unless you desperatly need to. On our website, it has hints and tips you can use to try to fix a small issue on your own. However if you are not comfortable in doing a small problem yourself, please call us and we can do it. We do not want you to cause the small issue into a larger issue.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Depends on the situation and the senario. Always ask how long the company has been in business. Also please make sure the company is Licensed and Insured. Alot of companies are not and they can cause more damage for you.
