- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates are determined by the complexity and time requirement of the assignment. Flat fees are available for simple document preparation. Rates are always quoted prior to work being started, so that you are aware of the costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A questionnaire assessment will be done, to get a feel of the client, and the matters that will be addressed in the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
