Lazaro, was exceptional. I urgently needed someone to repair or replace my garbage disposal. Lazaro called immediately and was willing to look at it the very same day. Lazaro said he would arrive in one hour and he was absolutely punctual… arriving exactly on time. Once he looked at the unit he asked a few questions and then said he believed that he could repair and clean the unit so that I would not have to spend money buying a new one. His punctuality and work quality is matched only by his professionalism … Lazaro is someone I will keep in my contacts as I’m sure to use him again. Lazaro was very responsive even later in the evening when i was having an emergency. He showed up on time the next morning, assessed the issue quickly, and repaired it. Feeling a lot better today knowing I’m no longer losing hot water through a rusted pipe i had outside. Overall great experience and would definitely hire again! Thanks Lazaro!
