Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. There is nothing "common".

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Are you comfortable working together.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How does he make those pictures come to life!? One answer is being able to see beyond the camera lens.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Check me out on LinkedIn.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I believe that Images are like other great works of art. They live by how they capture the moment and by how those who see them experience that same moment. The person you photograph, knows what they want people to see and feel in their photographs. Being able to understand and express that makes the difference.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Knowing that each photo is something great and knowing the person or subject well enough to make a great photograph. When photographing subjects, I enjoy the sense that they feel I have done the right job for them.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much? My answer is always, that it depends on what is desired and what the agreed upon guidelines are before hand.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I once did a photo shoot of conductor Michael Tilson Thomas and cellist Yo Yo Ma during a closed rehearsal and another time photos of Debra Winger.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. There is more to it than just the camera

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have enjoyed photography and painting since I was a child.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I have a Masters in business, B.A. in psychology and continually take appropriate photographic workshops to improve my insight and skills. I am a certified member of the International Freelance Photographers organization since 1995. I enjoy learning and using what I learn.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?
