Outstanding yoga instructor! each class has been transformative for myself, as well as for family and friends that have attended her yoga sessions. I see great improvement in my overall health, mentally, mobility and spirituality. She is very understanding and kind person takes time to guide you throughout the class at any level you are at.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First session I offer is "free" taster yoga class which includes 15 minutes of the consultation questions and a 30-minute class.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to do a little introduction to myself their new environment. I also like to learn more about who they are. If they have injuries or any chronic illness. I should be made aware of. This way I can creatively prepare the classes for the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2014 was a rough year for me and it changed my life and career journey. So, for the next years I would take a health journey with my Multiple Sclerosis. This led me to 2016. Where I would start my journey towards becoming a yoga instructor. Vinyasa yoga my first certification in 2018. In 2020 I graduated with my 300-hour yoga certifications. I
