    Zamanta is amazing! I had only taken a couple of yoga classes in my life before Z's class so needless to say I was a beginner. Now I am hooked. Z does more than teach, she shares her mind and her aura with you. She exudes caring and passion for yoga and you can't help but to be engulfed in her class. Z is also very careful to monitor and instruct you in the proper yoga moves for your health and safety.

    Zamanta opened up a door to physical wellness to me after I had been stuck in in a rut of years without having exercised at all. With two kids, a busy life and a limited budget, joining a gym wasnīt an option for me, so she suggested yoga, just a few simple poses, and after I could do them, she kept adding on.
    I admit that I struggled with some of them at first but since I only needed myself , my mat on the floor and a little music to get started, it seemed like a good option for me to start exercising again without having to depend on a time structure, or the weather.. This was important to me living in a climate of extreme heat and bouts of rain. I do my routine when it is convenient to me!
    Today, 3 years later, I am stronger, more flexible, have better balance, feel great after my yoga routine--and can actually do a backbend-- something I hadnīt done for 35 years and thought I would never do again! I look forward to doing yoga every day. Thanks Z. :))
