Tom arrived on time, reviewed the layout of cooling ducts and evap cooler roof unit before getting to work. The house we just purchased had 45 years of buildup in the ducts including mold and pet hair. They removed it and then disinfected it. I appreciate the medical grade sterilization product they used in the vents because it had no masking fragrance. It truly did remove the mold/bacteria that was causing the odor.
