Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common problems I see are malware and viruses. Some of them can be challenging to remove and cost American consumers billions of dollars each year.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My #1 bit of advice is not to overpay. Many computer repair centers will charge upwards of $100 just to diagnose your computer. What a rip-off!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. First and foremost is my price. I charge a flat fee of $50 per computer repair and enjoy helping people get through the frustrating experience of computer problems at a reasonable and fair price.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Seeing the relief from my customers when their computers are returned in "like-new" condition. Receiving the emotional "thank-you" notes from family pictures I have recovered that otherwise would have been lost.
