My name is Richard Mcintire. Since I have been semi-retired, I have been selling homes and property for people that don't live in their residence. I renovate the property and do open houses. I will make flyers if needed.
I am a property caretaker with selling skills. I live at the property till sold. The owner will pay for phone and utilities. I usually charge 1.5 to 2% of the selling price. I am compensated at the end of sale. I do it all.
I have sold 2 properties, 1 family home and the other is a 14-acre farm with a custom built log home. Both are references. I have many other personal references too. I am in Florida right now, selling a farm but I would move almost anywhere. I am available at anytime.
