- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pre and Post construction are typically standard pricing. All other properties are customized to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact Clean Proof with the type of service you are looking for. A conversation is generally needed to asses you particular needs. We most often customize a plan that you will discuss with your Account Manager.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning for over 10 years. We are happy to provide you testimonials from our current clients. All new hires are screened and go through formal training with the owners and train with one of our seasoned Team Members.
