Were do I start first off I hated how he was handling all the food with out gloves.Second he seamed like an arrogant know it all.Third his food was so common and simple you can get the same stuff at a Chinese buffet.The worst turnoff was to see him smile his teeth look like the were decaying do not be fooled by this company ive seen real chefs in seattle cook what a joke this company is
