- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fence jobs per feet and offer 15% referral discount as well as veteran and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is to come out and meet the potential customer, measure the area where fence is going to be, and provide a quote right away on site. If customers prefer otherwise, we just need to know type of fence and how many feet, we can give quote remotely thru email/text/message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We installed and repaired fences for over 4 years.
