- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to meet with you and give you a free estimate before any work is started. For our hourly rate we charge $65.00 for the first hour and $45.00 for each additional hour and we work fast, never stand around wasting time and when we are done the job is RIGHT!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the scope of work. Since we are licensed Florida General Contractors we are not limited by Florida Law as to what we can and can not do for our clients. We can change air filters or build you a brand new home! For general handyman work that is only a few hours we usually schedule an appointment and come right out, do the work and bill our hourly rate plus materials. For projects that are going to take some collaboration like installing and venting a commercial pizza oven on your patio or installing a three car storage system in your garage we will schedule a time to come out and evaluate the project and provide a written estimate on the work. For home painting, roof cleaning, pressure washing etc we also like to come out and evaluate the work to be done and provide a written estimate for the work as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have twenty seven years in the trades including over twenty years as a carpenter, painter, cabinet installer, framing carpentry, and six years as an electrician and three years as a plumber.
