Introduction: Alyssa here! I have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years, and was formerly a competitive Bodybuilder and CrossFit athlete. I have experience with all ages, genders, and individuals with disabilities and/or physical limitations. I work best with clients looking to build lean muscle tissue, weight-loss, performance athletes, or beginner strength training and balance issues. I offer nutritional guidance for all clients and provide basic information around calories and macronutrients. I am not a RDN but have many friends who are that I can recommend. I am also a sound practicioner utilizing multiple instruments, a 200hr Registered Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Revelation Breathwork facilitator. I offer these services privately at my studio located on 41 and pine ridge, but am more than happy to travel. My price per hour is a reflection of my experience, expertise, success, and reveiws. If you are looking for fitness/spiritual professional look no further. Alyssa offers so many different ways to honor your body. Whether you’re interested in strength, weight loss, yoga, meditation, sound healing, she does it all. I started working with Alyssa to gain confidence in working out after years out of the gym, and consistent weight gain. Alyssa curated workouts specific to my needs, and was able to reach my goals, and start incorporating other types of activities. Quickly after, I found myself focusing on my mental health as well as my physical. We started with private sound baths, that allowed me to reach a deep mediation that always seemed impossible to achieve. My friends and family saw such a difference in my overall health and mood that they also started incorporating Alyssa’s sound baths to their wellness routine. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Alyssa, and highly recommend her for your wellness needs.

Alyssa is the best personal trainer on the block but I am writing this review about her sound healing :) I’ve had post covid shortness of breath for over a year. I received a couple sound baths from Alyssa and my shortness of breath disappeared!!!!! Like sounds actually insane but it’s not. If you have some lingering symptom that you can’t really explain I highly recommend a sound healing from Alyssa. She’s very good at holding space for you to move through your shit. Thx Alyssa :))))

Working with Alyssa has allowed me to achieve the success that I have always pursued both physically and nutritionally.
