Josue did an excellent job repairing the wood parquet floors in my mid-century modern house in Fort Myers. We had removed two very large built-in bookcases in our den. They had been in place for 40 years. Once removed, we found that the floor under the bookcases was old linoleum, not wood parquet as in the rest of the room. Josue worked carefully to match the wood, and he also replaced and painted the baseboards throughout the room. The result is perfect! I would say that this is some of the most detailed and careful work that I have ever seen done by any worker in my home or office. Josue clearly cares about producing a quality result. The job took two whole days, and was priced very competitively. I highly recommend Mtz Solutions! Before and after pictures attached.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars for the work done. He is very nice guy and we recommend him for anyone who needs to get the work done. We took help for assembling the kids bunk bed and it's very tedious and instructions are not clear at all. But he has tons of patience and took care of everything. His work is more than value for the money. He gave us the best deal and spent all the required time. I will surely take his help for any future work and also recommend for you. Thank you very much!!
