Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. A great designer has customers who stick with them over time. Look for testimonials and call for references.
Feel free to contact any of JP Global's customers. You can read some kind words from our clients here: http://jpglobalmarketing.com/testimonials.html

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Do I own the final artwork and can I use it for other things?
Yes, with few exceptions your new artwork will be completely portable and you can always ask to additional file formats, resolutions and sizes.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask if they are familiar with the type of printing or production that your project will require to complete. If you need tee shirts, can you prepare artwork for silk screening? If you need a website that looks better than your competition, can you design pages that are compliant and current?
