Seriously, I have experienced building two houses from scratch, as well as multiple home extensions, bathrooms, garages, kitchens, decks, and many more (too numerous to list here). Need your kitchen redone with new cabinets? I can do it. Need your bathroom re-tiled? I can do it. Need tiled floors to replace those old worn-out carpeted floors? I can do it. Need a new sink? I can do it. Need a ceiling fan installed? I can do it. Need a new kitchen vanity? I can do it. Need leaders/gutters fixed? I can do it. Need new doors hung? I can do it. Need something small repaired? I can do it. Did a tenant just leave your house a mess? Let me fix it back to normal for you. Like I said, I enjoy these stuff! There is almost nothing I can't do. I have references from past jobs if it will help you. I can also provide you some pictures from past jobs. Am I licensed? No. That is why my prices are so much less. But I live in New Port Richey, and I am not going anywhere. I don't expect to be paid until the job is done and you are satisfied! My price is reasonable, and I do the best job physically possible. Russ upgraded condo kitchen, removing old cabinets, replacing with new, also removed a partial wall between old counter and living area, opening up the area. Recommended granite counter man who did a fine job at a fine price. Russ installed new sink, faucet, ice maker line to new fridge, installed new mini blinds, installed new lockset, installed range hood and new toilet seat. His work is precise and excellent, a master craftsman. He gets the work done as promised in a timely fashion and is not satisfied until you are satisfied. Condo work was done on a unit in his building where he lives. A highly recommended rating.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
-Ask for references. -Ask for pictures. -DO NOT pay until the job is 100% complete!. -Make sure that you have a way of contacting the person that did the work for you including address and telephone number. -Ask to see their driver's license and write down their address. DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING! Assumptions are what leads to unsatisfied jobs and arguments. Get the pproject and price IN WRITING for large jobs! Get multiple estimates.
