A. Three recent jobs we had:
1. She was a regular customer (elderly) and we have serviced her carpets for many years. After the cleaning she stated that she did not have money on her due to her checks still coming in the mail. We did not mine leaving her house without payment because we understand things happen and we know our customers are good for it. Sure enough, she sent us a check via mail, along with a " Thank you" card and how she was pleased and always pleased with our services and states how she loves talking with our Tech ( Nathan), he's very friendly.
2. We just did a major clothing store called DOTS and they need VCT ( Strip and Wax ) and Carpet cleaning. 48 hours after the work was completed they emailed our management company stating hot the floors look great!
3. This customer was a return customer from a special we ran on Groupon several months ago for Carpet Cleaning. She stated that she has found her Cleaning company and loves our prices even when we are not running specials.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they are a reliable company that warrany their work and are insured.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. What type of products are used and if they are same for my household such as kids, pets, adults, etc.

A. Do you warranty all your work and what does specials entail.

A. If a company is insured?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stand out above other because we offer very good prices compared to other local listings and even the bigger company's. People tell us all the time of how hard our technicians work and they can't get over the priced compared to others.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love dealing with the customer's. We meet a variety of different people everyday and they talk to us as if we were family and I love hearing their stories such as where their from or their kids, etc. I love interaction, I feel as if the customer is more then a client, they are a friend.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most customers ask what's the difference between dry foam method and steam cleaning. Basically dry foam does not soak the carpet and dries within 1- 2 hours.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. One of our customer's who has been using us since we opened gets her carpet done every year before the holiday's and one this year that has past (2011) she could not afford and because she has been a long time customer, we gave her a free cleaning. She was so thankful and she made our day by just her smiling.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My Uncle owned the company before us and we all work together. In 2011 my Uncle became ill and we didn't want to see all his hard work go down hill, so my Mother ( Susan Cantone ) and I (Sonia) decided to take over the company and give it a make over. Before we only did carpet, now we offer all kinds of services such as Tile and Grout, VCT ( Strip and wax), Upholstery, wood flooring etc. We can do almost all types of flooring. What makes our company one of the top small businesses in our area, is the fact we are a Family Owned and Operated Company and we treat our customers as family. I feel that is why customer's have stayed with us since the beginning ( 2002 ).
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. We are currently working on our Office we just opened in Hudson ( 12378 US Highway 19 N. Hudson, FL 34667 ).
We want to make our office customer friendly and let them know they can come and ask questions or even if it's just for a chat. We also have Pick up and Drop off service for our customers with area rugs. Plus my Uncle's wife owns a great little boutique in the front of out shop where customer's, shop for little gifts or go to the inexpensive Beacon Woods Restaurant that is very popular and has great food.
