- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A client should know that my pricing, discounts and add on fees are based off my work ethics and performance, giving a service that is needed I like to do my best to give everyone a fair price and discounts to my clients who support me rather if its a one time thing weekly or biweekly/monthly my perforce in anything I do is always set high to let clients know they can trust me when it comes to me doing my job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process for working with a new client is I like to spend a few minutes to go over any concerns or problems that the customer might have when it comes to me being in their environment, then I like explain what they can expect before and after the service is complete, including details of the cleaning such as what is included with a deep clean, basic clean and organizing process and care. I give my customers a quote and agree upon a price once approval is granted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the education and training that I have learned that is related to my work is understanding the things your clients tell you such as what cleaning products they want you to use and which ones they don't. Even though I don't use harsh cleaning products its important for me to know that information anyways. for example one of my clients has a marble counter top in the kitchen and bathrooms and asked me to use just soap and water, no problem I offered to use weiman granite and stone cleaner because that's what I like to use. but they asked said no but thats fine what ever they request im all for it
