I contracted Riptide to pressure clean the room on my home because they advertise they use water from hydrants. They not only used both of my hoses with water running the entire time they were onsite but they also left one hose running wide open after they left the site and it was discovered 2 hours later by my son. They run off killed spots on my grass and my neighbors and killed the decorative bushes in the front. Obviously nothing was covered with plastic. It also killed my jazmin in the backyard. I was promised a check for $50 for the water mishap but have seen nothing to date.
